This has been an excellent experience. Steve and his team were prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient. The results of stripping and then polishing our 20-year-old travertine are outstanding. In addition, Steve is funny and fun to work with. We would engage this company again in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservations.
1st Floor Surface Care repaired and refinished our marble floors this spring. Our home was built in 2005 and we installed marble floors on about 2/3rds of the first floor. Upon completion of building our home, we leased our home for about 7 years. The lesser did nothing during this period of time to care for our floors, they looked horrendous.
We contacted 1st Floor Surface Care to see if the floors were salvageable at all. They explained what and how they could bring them back. 1st Floor Surface Care did it all as we were out of town. The marble floors look better than they did when installed. They glow with a luster as never before and the project was finished with hardly an item out of place. 1st Floor Surface Care is dependable reliable and friendly like a good neighbor. Scott and his team restored our travertine floor to a more beautiful sheen. It utterly improved the appearance of our entire home. He gave us a quote just before we left in the spring, actually followed up with us before we returned in the fall, and came when we returned. He did exactly what he said he would do every step of the way! A very professional crew and the results show it.
